Architecture + Interiors
Bringing an architect’s perspective to architectural photography through strong composition, intentional light, and collaborative storytelling
With a Master’s degree in Architecture and over 20 years of industry experience, I photograph spaces with a mindset of a designer. I understand how design decisions come together, how light shapes a space, and how important collaboration is when working with architects, designers, and builders to create imagery that feels both accurate and compelling.

How do I approach architecture / interiors photography?
My approach is a combination of spatial understanding, storytelling, light, and composition. Having experience in project design, I am aware of the level of detail and craft that goes into creating a space. The photograph is not a documentation of the space, but intended as a reflection of the atmosphere of the space.
Do you help with shotlists and staging?
Shotlists are developed in collaboration with the client in order to meet their deliverable goals. These can be very specific compositions or a guideline that we work within.

Projects should be photo-ready upon session date. Minor tweaks to staging are included as part of the session.
Do you have experience working with architects, designers, or builders?
I collaborate with designers, builders, and architects both in my architectural experience and in my photography experience.

I enjoy working closely with those who created the spaces to gain an understanding of the elements of a project that are important for them to showcase.
Do you use natural light or artificial light?
This is a case by case basis. I try to use natural light whenever possible, however, depending on the time of day, cloud cover, proximity to light, artificial lighting is used. With that said, the intent for artificial light to feel as natural as possible.
What are the usage rights to the final photographs?

If necessary, a pre-shoot walkthrough visit is scheduled.
